A colleague at work told me he was a photographer, and I had wanted a camera all my life.
“Buy one and come work with me.”
After the first celebration I knew this was it. A year later photography was my main job.
One November I lost my job, and the calendar was almost empty.
An hour later the phone rang: a birthday booking.
